Preliminary Information Form

This form has been prepared to inform the BUYER before a distance sales agreement is concluded, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Main Characteristics and Price of the Product

• The product's name, model, size, quantity, total sale price including taxes and the payment method are shown in the order summary on the payment page before you confirm your order. Product descriptions and photos are on the product page; because of handwork and screen settings, there may be slight differences in how colour and texture appear.
• Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. Shipping is paid by the SELLER; if a separate delivery fee applies, it is shown in the order summary.
• If you choose to pay in euros or US dollars, the amount is converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye's foreign exchange selling rate and shown before payment. Any exchange differences and commissions charged by your bank are your responsibility.
• Prices on the website are valid until updated. The price of an ordered product is the price at the moment the order is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment is made through the secure iyzico payment page with domestic or international credit/debit cards, or by bank transfer to the account the SELLER provides. Instalment options are offered only for payments in TRY and according to your card-issuing bank's terms. Confirming your order by pressing the "Proceed to Payment" or "Place Order" button creates an obligation to pay.

4. Delivery

The product is shipped by contracted carrier to the address you provide in the order form. The delivery time is stated on the product page or in the order summary and cannot exceed 30 (thirty) days from payment confirmation. For made-to-order products, the production time is communicated separately before the order. For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer. Shipping details are shown on the Order Tracking page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• For ready-made products, you may withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
• You can send your withdrawal notice by email to [email protected], in writing via WhatsApp at 0551 438 45 42, or in writing to Akşemsettin, Fevzipaşa Cd. No:139 Kat 1, 34083 Fatih/İstanbul.
• Within 10 (ten) days of your notice, you return the product free of charge via the contracted carrier specified by the SELLER.
• The amount you paid is refunded to your payment method within 14 (fourteen) days of the SELLER receiving your withdrawal notice.
• The buyer is responsible for any loss in value caused by use beyond normal trying on, removal of tags or damage.

6. Products Without a Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for products sewn or altered to your measurements, made according to your choices such as model, fabric, lace or colour, or modified at your request. Whether a product will be made to order is clearly communicated to you before the order.

Your rights for defective products under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 are reserved. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where you purchased the product, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Court above those limits.

The personal data you share when placing an order is processed for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
